Yes, I do. In order to attract good-qualityteachers, especially with all the cuts imminent, we should at least give them a step raise. I know a lot of people think they should be happy they have jobs, but on the other hand, their raises weren't honored. Their salaries were finally coming to a level they should be getting. I don't think they're getting what they should. We need to havehigher salaries to attract them. I think their morale is suffering.
