The McKeldin Area of Patapsco State Park, just over the county line in Carroll, is a long way from the Klondike, but area Scouts came loaded for (polar) bear Saturday morning anyway. The annual Klondike Derby took Scouts on a run through obstacles and tasks that were almost like real thing -- minus the snow.
