MINNEAPOLIS -- The Redskins offensive line has the catchy nickname (Hogs), a reputation second to none (what other offensive line has a nickname?), and perhaps the premier blocker in football in left tackle Jim Lachey.

But the Bills have something going for them, too. They have the NFL's No. 1 rushing offense, and one reason is their huge line. The Hogs five starters average 6 feet 3 and 290 pounds. The Bills starters average 6-4 and 294.

The Redskins gave up an NFL-low nine sacks this season, and averaged 128 rushing yards per game. Lachey, who didn't give up a sack all season, is the only first-round draft pick in the line, and he was acquired in a trade. Lachey and third-year guard Mark Schlereth are going to the Pro Bowl.

The Bills gave up 35 sacks, and rushed for 149 yards a game. With the exception of right guard, where Glenn Parker has replaced injured John Davis, the Bills have the same line that started in last year's Super Bowl. They have two Pro Bowlers in center Kent Hull and left guard Jim Richter. And they have two first-round draft picks (left tackle Will Wolford, Richter).
