Oriole Park cleanup awarded to city firm

The Maryland Stadium Authority, in order to maintain the new Oriole Park at Camden Yards in its Opening Day condition, yesterday approved a three-year contract with Harry M. Stevens Maintenance Services Inc.

The Baltimore firm will be paid $703,207 a year to pick up trash after each game, wash down seats, vacuum private suites, clean windows and perform other chores.
