2 KILLED IN ROUTE 136 COLLISION

Two people were killed Friday morning in a Two-car collosion after on motorist lost control of her car on an icy patch on Route 136 northof Churchville, state police said.

Jennifer L. McDougall, 43, of Darlington, and Raymond L. Roberts Sr., 32, of Bel Air were pronounced dead at the scene of the 6:40 a.m. accident, which happened near Deer Creek, police said.

Police said McDougall was driving a 1986 Mercury Cougar south on Route 136 when the car hit a patch of ice and slid sideways into the path of Roberts' 1986 Chevrolet pickup, police said.

Roberts was unable to stop his truck and struck McDougall's car on the driver's side door, police said.

This is the first fatal accident in Harford County the year, police said.
