Nearly three out of four respondents to SUNDIAL say they gave to charity in 1991, but most did not increase their gifts. Of 259 callers, 194 (74.9 percent) say they made charitable gifts, while 65 (25 percent) did not.

Of 256 responses, 73 (28 percent) say they gave more than in previous years; 82 (32 percent) say they gave the same amount; and 101 (39 percent) say they gave less.

"It's Your Call" represents a sampling of opinions from certain segments of the community, but it is not balanced demographically, as a scientific public opinion poll would be.
