William Michael Bremer, 85, a retired Baltimore banking executive, died Friday at Baltimore County General Hospital of heart failure.

A mass of Christian burial will be offered at 10 a.m. tomorrow at the Shrine of the Little Flower, 3500 Belair Road.

A longtime resident of Glyndon, Mr. Bremer was born in Baltimore, attended City College and earned a business degree from the University of Baltimore.

His first wife, the former Marie Siegrist, died 18 years ago.

Survivors include his second wife, the former Evelyn Frazier; a son, Charles Frazier Welsh, and a daughter, Katherine Warner, both of Glyndon; three sisters, Clara Griggs, Mary Bremer and Catherine Wiegand, all of Baltimore; and four grandchildren.

The family suggests that memorial contributions be made to the Sacred Heart Church of Glyndon Building Fund, Glyndon 21071.
