Delegate Virginia Thomas has applications available for the 1992 House of Delegates Scholarships.

Scholarships are awarded yearly to District 13-A students who attend or are planning to attend schools inMaryland. Applicants need to verify their district with the Board ofElections at 313-2727.

Applications must be postmarked by March 11.

Students who graduated highschool or received a GED more than three years ago and delayed post-secondary education or interrupted their studies and are not currently attending college should indicate this on the application.
