Nancy Matthews-Gainer was named a member of the Institute of Residential Marketing of the National Association of Home Builders. Ms. Matthews-Gainer is president of Market Specific Sales Training Inc. in Ellicott City.

Eileen Marks was given the Robert Horn Memorial Award from the Pikesville Chamber of Commerce for her dedication and commitment to the community. Ms. Marks is director of admissions for Pikesville Nursing and Convalescent Center.

Michael A. Millemann received the 1991 Arthur W. Machen Jr. Award from the Maryland Legal Services Corp. Mr. Millemann is associate professor at the University of Maryland School of Law, an expert in constitutional law and civil rights litigation, and helped create the law school's clinical law program that teaches law students the human and legal skills to represent clients and provides legal services for those who cannot pay for legal representation.

The Fillmore Group Inc., a Baltimore-based information technology consulting company, received the 1991 Westinghouse Information Systems Advisory Council Award for its work to integrate the company's corporate electronic mail systems.

Dr. Richard J. Pappas, president of Harford Community College, received the District II Pacesetter Award from the National Council for Marketing and Public Relations.
