CUMBERLAND -- Steve Milburn rushed for 159 yards on 16 carries and scored four touchdowns, as second-seeded Allegany rolled over third-seeded Wicomico (11-1) yesterday, 46-6, in the Class 2A state semifinals at Greenway Avenue Stadium.
