The federal Drug Enforcement Administration revoked the registration of Winn's Pharmacy in the 2500 block of East Fayette Street yesterday, alleging that the owner, Philip S. Shermak, filled hundreds of prescriptions for the painkillers Dilaudid and methadone, which he knew were not issued for legitimate purposes.
