MINCHOW-PROFFITT LICENSED
Sandra Minchow-Proffitt of Student Scholarship Service in Annapolis was recently licensed by Educational Services.
The licensing will allow her to offer scholarship and grant matching guidance for area high school and college students and shows thatshe has completed training in all aspects of scholarship funding forcollege-bound students.
HART IS KEYNOTE SPEAKER
The vice president of Quality Assurance for Westinghouse's Electronic Systems Group, Terry H. Hart, was the keynote speaker
at the first Finnish "World Quality Day" Conference last week.
Hart described the WestinghouseTotal Quality process, which is structured to provide the highest quality products possible. The conference was a one-day event organizedby the Finnish Society for Quality and the Confederation of Finnish Industries.
A 35-year Westinghouse veteran, Hart is responsible for overseeing a unified Total Quality focus throughout the firm's Electronic Systems Group.

The executive director of the Annapolis and Anne Arundel County Conference and Visitors Bureau in Annapolis recently attended the National Tour Association's 1991 Annual Convention in Cleveland.
Herman E. Schieke was one of the 3,100 delegates at the convention, one of the primary travel events in North America.
