Suspect Terrain wins Laurel allowance

THE BALTIMORE SUN

LAUREL -- Suspect Terrain moved her career record to 2-for-2 with an easy victory in yesterday's allowance feature at Laurel Race Course.

The 2-year-old filly, favored at 7-10 odds, pulled away from A Irish Cross and Willed at the quarter pole, then went on to win by six lengths over Benny's Rollick.

Larry Saumell rode the filly for trainer Carlos Garcia, who saddled Suspect Terrain to a five-length victory on Budweiser International day in her only prior start.

Mike Luzzi won three races on the 10-race program. Greg Hutton and Joe Rocco posted riding doubles.
