Services for Curtis A. Baird of Ellicott City, controller for Mid-Atlantic Coca-Cola, were last Friday at the Harry H. Witzke Funeral Home in Ellicott City. He was buried in his hometown of Greensburg, Pa.
Baird, 34, died Nov. 3 of an apparent aneurysm in the heart while jogging.
Baird graduated from Greensburg Salem High School in Pennsylvaniain 1975. He earned a bachelor of science degree in accounting four years later at the Indiana University of Pennsylvania, and an MBA fromVirginia Commonwealth in 1986.
He is survived by his wife, Julie;daughters, Katelyn, age 5,and Lisa, 3; parents, Merle and Betty Jo Baird of Greensburg, Pa.; brothers, Chris Baird of Greensburg and Dan Baird of Midlothian, Va.; sisters, Pat Maatta of Latrobe, Pa.,Judy Payne of Uniontown, Pa., and Kelly Baird of Pittsburgh; and grandmother, Laura Guzick of Cleveland.
