Maryland Food Committee is organizing its Bags of Plenty program in which citizens donate food to enhance a Thanksgiving day meal. Any Baltimore City resident can help until Nov. 15 by calling First Call for Help at 685-0525.

White Marsh Red Cross Donor Center, 8114 Sandpiper Circle, is expanding its blood collection hours to include Mondays, beginning Nov. 18. Volunteers are needed Mondays and Saturdays. Call 764-4602.

BARC, Baltimore Association for Retarded Citizens, Inc. needs volunteers as wrappers at the Holiday Gift wrap booth open from Dec. 2 through Dec. 24 at Kenilworth in Towson. For details call Marion Sitorius, 323-5600.

League for the Handicapped needs volunteers to work in its Family Thrift shop weekdays from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Call Erma Freburger at 323-0500.
