It features more than 10,000 gourmet food products and has a cafeteria that seats 85. Washington-based Sutton Place Gourmet was to open its first area store in Pikesville today, promising such things as fresh-baked bread and pastries, a full line of prepared foods, freshly cut meat, seafood and poultry, domestic and imported cheeses, homemade pasta, candies, fresh-cut flowers and more. The store's general manager will be Larry McWilliams, formerly of Graul's Market in Ruxton, who will oversee a staff of approximately 100 cooks, sales personnel, stock suppliers and department managers. Sutton Place Gourmet is a privately held corporation with annual sales of approximately $33 million.
