Panhandling

THE BALTIMORE EVENING SUN

Nearly three-fourths of callers to SUNDIAL think panhandling is a problem in Baltimore and think police should begin to strictly enforce laws against it.

Of 362 callers, 265 (73 percent) said panhandling is a problem, and 97 (26 percent) disagreed. Again, 265 of 360 respondents (73 percent) agreed with the proposition that police should enforce the laws, but 95 did not agree.

"It's Your Call" represents a sampling of opinion but is not a scientific poll. Its results should not be construed as having scientific accuracy.
