Ornament show to feature black figurines


Q: Can you provide information about All God's Children figurines? Where can examples be found? Is there an All God's Children club?

A: All God's Children figurines, signed, numbered sculptures created by Martha Holcombe and registered with Miss Martha pTC Originals Inc., are small and large versions of black and ethnic children and characters. They can be found, along with other limited-edition and retired figures, structures, animals and ornaments produced by Enesco, Roman, Lilliput Lane, Hallmark, David Winter, Precious Moments and other firms, at Pat Andersen's Ornament and Fine Collectible Show & Sell, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Sept. 22 at the Chicago Marriott Schaumburg, 50 N. Martingale Road, Schaumburg, Ill.

An All God's Children Club membership includes an illustrated quarterly and is available for $15 a year from Miss Martha Originals Inc., P.O. Box 5038, Glencoe, Ala: 35905; (205) 549-0340.
