Red Cross leaders urge Anne Arundel citizens to give blood at its Glen Burnie center, 30 Greenway Ave. N.W., Suite 4, or at one of several blood drives.

Hours of operation for the Glen Burnie center through the end of the month are:

Today, -- 1 to 8 p.m.

Saturday -- 8 am. to 1 p.m.

Monday, and Tuesday -- 2 to 8 p.m.

Wednesday -- 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Thursday, Sept. 19, -- 2 to 8 p.m.

Saturday, Sept. 21 -- 8 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Monday, Sept. 23, and Tuesday, Sept. 24 -- 2 to 8 p.m.

Wednesday, Sept. 25 -- 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Thursday, Sept. 26 -- 2 to 8 p.m.

Saturday Sept. 28 -- 8 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Monday, Sept. 30 -- 2 to8 p.m.

Other drives will be tomorrow at the Board of Education, 2644 Riva Road, 9 a.m. to 2 p.m., and at the Eastpoint Fire Hall, 914 Bayridge Ave., 8:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.

On Wednesday, drives are scheduled at Ashbury United Methodist Church, 87 West St., Annapolis, 3 to 7 p.m., and at Hampton Inn, 6617 Ritchie Highway, Glen Burnie, 8 a.m. to 1 p.m.
