The Carroll County Sun's outlook: Williams inherits a 1-9 team with plenty of senior leadership. He is going back to the basics this year and is hoping his team will respond. The Cougars are an experienced team with a new coach and a new attitude. How well theycan adjust to the new coach, who replaces longtime Catoctin head coach Hal Grau, will tell a lot. Williams will try to build a new foundation starting from the ground up at the junior varsity level, but theCougars still appear to be a few years away from serious contention in the MVAL.
