Los Angeles Raiders -- Signed holdout DE Scott Davis (10 sacks in 1990) to a 3-year deal.
Miami Dolphins -- Signed NT Shawn Lee to a 1-year contract.
New Orleans Saints -- Traded holdout WR Brett Perriman (36 catches, 382 yards, 2 TDs in 1990) to the Detroit Lions for an undisclosed draft choice in 1992. The Lions signed Perriman to a 1-year contract.
New York Giants -- Signed holdout LT Jumbo Elliott to 2-year deal worth an estimated $1.1 million. The deal is believed to include salaries of $550,000 in 1991, $600,000 in 1992 and a $25,000 signing bonus.
