Seven people from neighboring counties were arrested on charges of possession of marijuana Friday prior to a Jimmy Buffet concert at Merriweather Post Pavilion, county police said.

Horst's 1987 four-door Volvo sedan was confiscated, police said.
Also arrested on marijuana possession charges were Adam Colby Crooks, 32, of Cockeysville; Jeffrey Scott Harter, 32, of Gaithersburg; Scott Michael Richardson, 20, of Gaithersburg; and Michael Brooks Gilman, 20, of Rockville.
