Communications Electronics, based in Timonium, named Gene Parry as general manager of mobile radio.

Catterton Printing, in Waldorf, promoted Debi Good to assistant sales manager. Ms. Good joined the firm six years ago and has been promoted three times.

Baltimore Thermal Energy Corp. named Morris O. Hill as the new president.

Genstar Stone Products Co., a producer of aggregates, ready-mix concrete and asphalt paving products, appointed: Darryl T. Smith, general sales manager aggregates; David Morrison, manager of special projects and support services; Thomas C. Rock, superintendent of the Chase Sand Plant. James M. Mason will assume responsibilities for Genstar's Chase and White Marsh locations in addition to his current position as manager of southern area and mineral reserves in Davidsonville.
