Patrice Malloy is marketing and public relations manager at The Baltimore Zoo. She loves animals and animal print fashions - but only of the faux species. She shares digs with a yellow Labrador retriever and a shaggy SPCA special.

Q. How would you describe your taste in clothing?

A. Expensive. Unfortunately my taste in clothing is not compatible with my clothing budget and the budget usually wins out.

Q. What's the newest thing in your closet?

A. A black and gold sequin dress that I wore to the zoo's black tie gala, zoomerang.

Q. What's the oldest thing in your closet?

A. A motorcycle helmet.

Q. Do you have a true standby that you wear to feel good?

A. A pair of Calvin Klein jeans and an old baggy college sweatshirt.

Q. What have you held on to for sentimental reasons?

A. I have more than 30 T-shirts I received for competing in various triathlons which I don't wear and can't bear to get rid of.

Q. What is your wardrobe weakness?

A. Anything solid black.

Q. What is the most expensive item in your closet?

A. A solid black dinner dress that I found in a Chicago boutique.

Q. What is the least expensive item in your closet?

A. A sweater that I borrowed from my twin sister.

Q. What is the wildest outfit that you ever bought?

A. A "Wonder Woman" outfit and a wig that I bought for a Howl-o-ween party.

Q. If you had the chance to have dinner with the person you would most like to meet,who would that person be and what would you wear?

A. Willard Scott. I would probably wear my best zoo sweatshirt.

Q. Do you have any shopping tips to share?

A. I suggest buying clothes that match your dog or buying a dog that matches your clothes.

Q. If you could buy anything in the world that you wanted, what would that be?

A. An ecologically sound environment.
