A photo caption in The Sun yesterday incorrectly identified a driver whose car crossed the median of Interstate 95 near Fallston, causing a head-on crash that killed two people.

State police said a northbound Mazda driven by Susan Antoine, 30, of the 6900 block of McLean Boulevard, crossed the grassy median and collided head-on with a southbound Chevrolet Cavalier driven by Virginia Anderson Oakes, 61, of Roanoke, Va. Ms. Oakes and a passenger in the Mazda, Maria Caprietta, about 30, of the 3900 block of West Northern Parkway, were killed.
