Error, passed ball in 9th lift Indians by Suns, 4-3
HAGERSTOWN -- An error and passed ball in the ninth inning led to the Canton-Akron Indians' victory over the Hagerstown Suns, 4-3, yesterday in a Class AA Eastern League game.
Canton-Akron's Carlos Martinez stole home in the second inning and hit a sacrifice fly in the sixth.
Bobby Dickerson had three RBI for Hagerstown.
Buccaneers home run sinks Keys in 9th, 4-3

FREDERICK -- A bases-empty home run by Tim Edge in the ninth inning led the Salem Buccaneers over the Frederick Keys, 4-3, yesterday in a Class A Carolina League game, the Keys' 17th loss in their past 19 games.
The Baltimore Orioles' No. 2 pick in last June's draft, Erik Schullstrom, started for Frederick and worked six innings, allowing one run on six hits, but did not figure in the decision.
