S. Leonard Rottman has been named a partner in the firm of Adelberg, Rudow, Dorf, Hendler & Sameth. Rottman is a former Baltimore assistant solicitor and a former assistant attorney general. For the last 20 years, he has represented real estate owners and developers in a variety of matters. Rottman will concentrate his practice on real estate and business.
Brooke Schumm has joined Semmes, Bowen and Semmes as a partner in the Baltimore office. He will continue his practice in the area of bankruptcy, debtor's rights, insolvency, and commercial collection. He joins the firm from Miles & Stockbridge.
The First National Bank of Maryland has appointed Jennifer W. Lambdin senior vice president and division officer in the Trust Investment Division. She will oversee equities, fixed income and portfolio management for personal and institutional clients.
Craig N. Martin, treasurer for Citibank (Maryland) N.A., has been appointed chief financial officer of the Towson-based financial services company. Along with new responsibilities in finance and technology, he will continue to direct treasury operations. Before joining Citibank last year, he was a vice president and rate risk manager at Maryland National Bank.
Jeffrey M. Kleeman has been named a partner of Hertzbach, Sapperstein & Sidle P.A. Kleeman, who has 13 years of public accounting experience, specializes in real estate and medical practices.
Dr. Edward Hill 3rd has been named director of quality assurance at Liberty Medical Center. He comes from Medical Liability Analysis Inc., where he specialized in medical liability and quality consultation and software.
Kirschner Medical Corp. has promoted Warren Gitt to division manager of AOA, the company's orthopedic soft-goods business, and has promoted Mike Fitzpatrick to director of sales and marketing for the U.S. implant operation. Both joined the company in January 1989. Kirschner manufactures and markets products in three areas of the orthopedic market: reconstructive surgery and trauma devices, orthopedic support products, and medical video systems
Adams Sandler Inc. has named Kevin Davisson public relations account executive. He previously served as an account executive at Richardson, Myers & Donofrio. Adams Sandler, a division of Shandwick plc, has offices in Baltimore and Rockville.
Andy Ellis has joined W.B. Doner & Co. as vice president-associate creative director. He had been creative director of Hawley Martin in Richmond, Va., where he worked on the Signet Bank account.
George T. Quinn has been promoted to vice president at the Baltimore brokerage services location of CB Commercial Real Estate Group Inc.

Lonnie J. Abbott has been promoted to brand manager-popcorn for the McCormick/Schilling Division of McCormick & Co. Inc. He will be responsible for marketing activities and new product development.
David A. Green has been named operations director for McCormick-Australia and has been elected to serve on its board of directors. He will be responsible for the subsidiary's production, distribution, materials management and technical operations.
