Vivian Iowa Goad, a retired legal secretary for the U.S. Transportation Department, died yesterday at the Meridian Nursing Center-Loch Raven. She was 94.

Services for Miss Goad will be held at 11 a.m. tomorrow at the J.J. Hartenstein funeral establishment, 19 S. Main St., Stewartstown, Pa.

She is survived by several nephews and nieces.

The family suggested contributions to the American Heart

Association.
