Aperformance Friday night at 8 by comedienne Carrie Snow is among this week's highlights at the Festival, a celebration of the arts under way in Easton and St. Michaels. Ms. Snow has played many of the nation's top comedy clubs. She will perform at the Avalon Theatre in Easton. Ticket prices range from $10 to $17.50.

The Festival will offer bluegrass music tonight and performances later this week by Leon Redbone, the Fiddle Puppet Dancers and the Washington Swing Orchestra. Children's entertainment will be presented next weekend. For information, call (301) 820-6716.

The Argentine troupe Diablomundo will present "Memories, Dreams and Illusion," a multicultural work about a clown confronting failure, at the Theatre Project, 45 W. Preston St., for three weeks beginning Wednesday.

Incorporating commedia dell'arte, puppetry, Spanish music and African rhythms, "Memories, Dreams and Illusion" is part of Diablomundo's nine-week residency at the Theatre Project.

Curtain times for "Memories, Dreams and Illusions" are Wednesdays through Saturdays at 8 p.m. and Sundays at 3 p.m. through June 16. Tickets are $10 to $16. For more information call 752-8558.

@ Who says museums are somber places? The Baltimore Museum of Art will be the scene of two "Komedy Six-Pac Nights" at 7 p.m. Tuesday and Wednesday, featuring a half-dozen area comedians. Sponsored by KaCey Productions, an Annapolis-based company which showcases local stand-up comedians, the program will be hosted by Markumba KaCey and feature Howard G., Andy Evans, Bret Harlow, Daryll Knight, Wanda Sykes and Danny Williams.

Tickets are $12 in advance, $15 at the door. For more information, call 551-3225.
