FREDERICK -- Paint Branch's Ryan Lambert pitched a one-hitter to lead the Panthers to a 1-0 win over Thomas Stone yesterday in the state Class 3A baseball finals at McCurdy Field.
L Lambert struck out 10 in facing one batter over the minimum.
