KLR Publications, PMI Photography and several local businesses are sponsoring "PEOPLE & PLACES," a county photography contest for amateurs.

Entries will be accepted through June 15.

More than $1,000 in prizes will be awarded.

Winning entries will also be considered for publication in the 1992 Howard County Calendar.
