Services for Thomas W. Chamberlain Sr., a former member of the House of Delegates, will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at the Evans Funeral Chapel, 2325 York Road, Timonium.

Mr. Chamberlain, a Republican who served in the Maryland legislature from 1975 to 1987, died Saturday morning of a massive coronary at his home in Timonium. He was 67.

Born in Oak Park, Ill., Mr. Chamberlain served in the Army Air Force during World War II. He graduated from the University of Illinois in 1950 with a bachelor's degree in industrial administration.

After getting his degree, he went to work for Kaiser Aluminium in sales. The company transferred him to Baltimore in 1965.

He retired from Kaiser after 28 years and, with a partner, launched his own business, C&T; Healthcare Systems, selling prepackaged medications to nursing homes.

He was active in the Republican Party, serving as an alternate delegate to the 1980 GOP National Convention in Detroit.

He chaired the 1988 George Bush campaign in the 2nd Congressional District.

Mr. Chamberlain was an Eagle Scout and remained active in the Boy Scouts of America. He also served on the Lutherville-Timonium Recreation Council and was a member of the Reisterstown Chamber of Commerce and the Pinewood Community Association.

He was a member of the Towson Presbyterian Church.

Mr. Chamberlain is survived by his wife of 44 years, Helen Wacker Chamberlain; two sons, Thomas W. Chamberlain Jr. of Columbia and William James Chamberlain of Northampton, Mass.; a daughter, Elizabeth Chamberlain Barron of Waterford, Pa.; a brother, Theodore K. Chamberlain of Washington; and two grandsons.
