Terry Acra of American Properties was recently honored by the sales and marketing council of the Home Builders Association of Maryland for her outstanding sales achievement in 1990.
Acra, who sells for Goodier Builders of Columbia, had over eight million dollars in new home sales for 1990.
Goodier Builders is currently building in Hobbit's Glen, Clemens Crossing, Huntington and Turf Valley.

George Parr of the KMS Group has been named director of office leasing forthe regional real estate developer.
In his new position, Parr will market KMS projects in Anne Arundel and Prince George's counties tocommercial real estate brokers and potential tenants in the Washington metropolitan area.
Prior to joining KMS, he was director of leasing for Manulife Financial Real Estate's Washington office, a commercial real estate broker for Shannon and Luchs, and supervised leasingefforts for the Oliver Carr Company in Alexandria, Va.

NEW SYSTEMS ANALYST
Nick Santorineos has joined Network Designs, a Columbia-based computer networking firm, as a senior systems analyst.
His responsibilities will include system evaluations, network design, hardware/software consultations, training, and maintaining customer service and satisfaction.
Santorineos has worked on network design and installation at places such as Aberdeen Proving Grounds, the Chrysler Corporation in Detroit and the Discovery Channel.
