The Sexual Assault Recovery Center, 1010 St. Paul St., and Margaret Savko, a volunteer at the center, have been named the recipients of the sixth Annual Governor's Victim Assistance Award.

Gov. William Donald Schaefer and the Maryland Victim Assistance Network chose the recipients.
