Jam session benefits abuse prevention

THE BALTIMORE EVENING SUN

Monday more than 100 musicians from the East Coast will be at Max's on Broadway for Maryland Musician Magazine's "All Star Jam #5."

All genres of music, from to jazz to rock, will be represented at the benefit for The Child Abuse Prevention Center of Maryland. Scheduled performers include Ron Holloway, Billy Kemp, Carl Filipiak, Tracey Tiernan and many more.

Donations will be collected at the door. Last year's jam session raised $2,000.

For ticket information, call Max's at 675-MAXS.
