Teen-ager, 2 others seized in drug buys

THE BALTIMORE EVENING SUN

State Police have arrested two adults and a 15-year-old girl following a series of undercover drug buys.

Shortly before 6 p.m. yesterday, undercover police purchased about 10 ounces of cocaine from a man and woman on the parking lot of the Ingleside Shopping Center at Ingleside Avenue and U.S. 40 in Catonsville.

Immediately, police arrested Beverly Joyce Fagan, 32, of the 1600 block of Braddish Ave. in the city; Gregory Jonathan Fortman, 30, of the 8500 block of Kim Marie Court in Pasadena; and the girl, who lives in the same block as Fagan.

The adults were charged with narcotics violations, police said. A District Court commissioner ordered them held in lieu of $50,000 bond each.

The girl was released in the custody of a relative pending action by juvenile authorities, police said.
