Charlotte W. Lindemann

Charlotte W. Lindemann, a top salesperson for the Coldwell Banker real estate company, died Saturday at Levindale Hebrew Geriatric Center after a series of strokes. She lived on Park Grove Avenue in Catonsville.

A Mass of Christian burial for Mrs. Lindemann will be offered at 10 a.m. tomorrow at St. Mark Roman Catholic Church, 30 Melvin Ave., Catonsville.

Mrs. Lindemann began working for what was then Russell T. Baker & Co. in 1977, and she became the leading salesperson after three years. For the next eight years, she was the top residential housing salesperson in the Baltimore area for what became Coldwell Banker.

She retired in 1988 after her first stroke.

The former Charlotte Wood was a native of Alexandria, Va., and a graduate of Warrenton (Va.) High School and James Madison University.

She came to the Baltimore area in the late 1940s and taught business courses at Catonsville High School for a time.

She is survived by her husband, Harley B. Lindemann, and a son, William C. Lindemann of San Francisco.
