The University of Maryland will play only four games at refurbished Byrd Stadium, three at the start of the season. After the three home games in September, Maryland plays its homecoming game against Duke on Oct. 26. The fifth home game will be in Baltimore on Nov. 9 against Penn State. The home schedule includes a night game against Syracuse on Sept. 14.
