Twelve winners of dinners for two at Harbour House Restaurant of Annapolis were recently selected in the "Spring for Dinner" promotion sponsored by the merchants at Harbour Square, a shopping mall on the Annapolis City Dock.

Local winners included Charles Ryan of Davidsonville, John Shea of Harwood and Susan Whaley of Annapolis.

Harbour Square shops include Alexander's International, AnnapolisMarine Art Gallery, Candy Circus, Skipjacks and more, which are openMonday through Saturday 10 a.m.-6 p.m. and Sunday noon-6 p.m.
