Twelve homes in Carroll and Frederick counties will be featured on the Maryland House and Garden Pilgrimage.

Visitors will arrive in the county on May 3 and tour older homes that have been restored. The sites will be open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. The homes include:

* Resurgam, McKinstry Mill Road, Linwood.

* The Cottage, Quaker Hill Road, Union Bridge.

* Penterra, Lucey Road, Creagerstown, FrederickCounty.

* Old Comfort, Longs Mill Road, Rocky Ridge, Frederick County.

* Biggs-Williams House, Mumma Ford Road, Detour.

* Pheasant Run Farm, Bullfrog Road, Taneytown.

* Ludwick Rudisill Tannery House, Route 194, Taneytown.

* Antrim 1844, Trevanion Road, Taneytown.
