James T. Brady, mnanaging partner of the Baltimore office of Arthur Andersen & Co., has been named chairman of United Way of Central Maryland's 1991 fund-raising campaign.

Brady was deputy chairman of last year's record-setting campaign. He also has chaired the organization's Pacesetter campaign and its Financial Management Division.
