Charles K. Harry, a retired locomotive engineer, died Tuesday at Carroll County General Hospital of heart disease. He was 70 and had lived at Carroll Lutheran Village.

He is survived by his wife, the former Doris L. Hesterberg; two sons, Marvin L. Harry of Pasadena and Dwight D. Harry of Finksburg; three brothers, Wilbur E. Harry of Winter Haven, Fla., Robert W. Harry of Reisterstown and Kenneth R. Harry of Hampstead; and four grandchildren.
