VS. CLEVELAND CRUNCH

* WHEN: Tomorrow, 8:05.

* WHERE: Richfield Coliseum.

* RADIO: WCAO-AM (600).

* OUTLOOK: Dallas (20-30) is out of the Western Division race and out of the playoffs, but the Sidekicks are anything but down and out. They are on a spoiler's mission. Last weekend, in back-to-back games, Dallas beat Eastern Division champion Cleveland 4-3 and runner-up Kansas City 3-2 in overtime.

Next up is the Blast (20-28), which is in desperate need of victory. Baltimore blew a two-goal lead in its last game, a 9-8 overtime loss to Cleveland, and now must fend off Wichita, which is trying to wrest the final playoff spot from the Blast's grasp.

The Sidekicks will have developmental keeper Len Venable in the nets. Venable (1-3) got his first victory last Sunday at Cleveland. Ten-year veteran Krys Sobieski, 40, has announced his retirement. Sobieski will finish his career in the nets at Dallas Saturday.
