The Ellicott Ridge Corporation II has released another group of office condominium units for sale in the Dorsey Hall Professional Park.

The condo developer reports that 33,830 square feet of the 74,164-square-foot park are already occupied, 4,507 are under contract and another 6,992 are under deposit and in the interior design stage.
