The Anne Arundel County Office of Drug and Alcohol Programs will present "A Message of Hope," featuring Lonise P. Bias, mother of the late Len and Jay Bias, at 7 p.m. April 6 at the Maryland Hall for the Creative Arts Inc., Constitution and Greenfield streets in Annapolis.
