County and state police arrested four people Wednesday morning afterraiding two homes in Meade Village.
Valerie Scrivner, 32, of the 1600 block Circle Road; Kenna Pinkney, 28, of the 1800 block Circle Road; Clarence Barton, 33, of the 1700 block Richfield Drive, all in Severn; and Albert Johnson, 40, of the 8200 block Kramer Court in GlenBurnie, were charged with possession of cocaine and drug paraphernalia.
Police said officers served a search warrant at about 10:30 p.m. in an apartment at 1681 Circle Road and seized documents and drug paraphernalia. Later that night, two other warrants were served in the 1600 block Circle Road, where police arrested the occupants and seizeda small amount of cocaine.
