Three-Fruit Haroseth
1 medium pear, cored and cut up
1 medium apple, cored and cut up
1 banana, sliced
1/4 cup chopped walnuts
2 tablespoons orange marmalade
2 tablespoons brandy
2 teaspoons lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
In a blender container or food processor bowl combine all ingredients. Cover and blend or process until combined. Cover and chill for up to two weeks. Serve with matzo, muffins, bagels, toast or crackers. Makes 1 1/3 cups.
