United Cerebral Palsy wants volunteer counselors, 16 and over, for its week-long overnight coed camp at Camp Maria in St. Mary's County from June 23 to June 29. No experience is necessary. Union Memorial Hospital volunteer auxiliary is holding its fifth Rites of Spring sale of garden supplies. live plants, a boutique, demonstrations and more from 10 a.m. each day to 6 p.m. April to 5 p.m. April 13 and to 4 p.m. April 14 in the 4-H building at the State Fairgrounds in Timonium. $4 general; $3 seniors. The Sheppard and Enoch Pratt Hospital wants volunteers age 18 or over to conduct tours of the hospital's historic buildings. Daytime scheduling is flexible and training is provided. Call 938-4850.
Chase-Brexton Clinic provides primary care to those living with HIV disease and AIDS. Volunteers are needed for a variety of tasks, including receptionist, nurse, physician, counselor, for the newsletter, fund-raising and special events. A patient advocacy program is being planned.
