IRVIN J. WOLFE

Services will take place for former Baltimore resident Irvin John Wolfe at 1:30 p.m. today at Barranco Funeral Home.

Mr. Wolfe, 47, died March 19 in New Orleans.

Born in Baltimore and raised in Back River, he traveled extensively through Central America. He was previously employed as a chef in the Annapolis area at Pancake House, Rose Inn and Crown, and Howard Johnson. He moved to New Orleans and became owner and operator of the Corner Bar, where he died.

Mr. Wolfe also served in the U.S. Marines from 1961 through 1963.

His other interests included drawing, reading and cooking.

He is survived by his wife of seven years, Anna E. Wolfe of Costa Rica; three daughters, Laura Wolfe and Yuliana Wolfe, both of Cape St. Claire, and Priscilla Wolfe of Costa Rica; his mother and stepfather, Eleanor and Leon Bowerski of Cape St. Claire; and a sister, Peggy Graham of Cape St. Claire.
