Loren A. Wasson and Georgiana M. Vita, both of Howard County, have been elected to executive positions in the Maryland chapter of the Association of Legal Professionals.

Wasson of Columbia-based Levan, Schimel, Richman, Belman, Abramson & Scanlan was elected chapter president.

Vita, of T. Rowe Price & Associates, was elected chapter secretary.

Both will assume the responsibilities for their respective offices on April 1.
